Update time.

Despite this semester being the most stressful five months of my life, everything actually turned out better than expected. My GPA was magically saved (in an act that I can only attribute to divine intervention), I made it through my year as news photo editor (only to be promoted to photo editor) and Hamilton asked me to continue my research assistantship next semester (which is just SWEET).

I emerged a couple of kilograms heavier (thanks, finals) but relatively unscathed, and am now safely back in Singapore #akaParadiseCity #wherethegrassisgreen #andthegirlsarepretty.

The last semester simultaneously flew and dragged by, with more nervous/stress breakdowns than I’d like to admit. I loved it, but I also don’t think I ever want to experience that kind of stress again. Ironically, the Chron played a big part in keeping me sane; I liked it last year, I loved it this year.

Internship with NEA starts tomorrow. Relishing my last half-day of freedom.
